"I AM an ARTIST. This isn’t boasting, I earned it. I don’t just talk about it, I don’t just dream about it. I create. I manifest it. I work HARD. Remember that when you fucking transient posers pin that label to yourselves just so you can justify your American Idle, just so you can pretend you are more important than you are. Art is not some kind of dodge or hustle, it is a sacred duty. I may be in the minority when it comes to this kind of thinking but I’d rather be virtuous & unpopular than sell my soul for trinkets.
